Best Money Saving and Making Apps for Stay at Home Moms.
Nearly everyone has a smartphone! You know that handy little smart device we carry everywhere we go? You could be saving and making extra money with your phone with these 6 money saving and making apps.
With just one app alone, I have saved over $250. That’s amazing! (I bought my husband’s Christmas with this one)
With being a stay at home mom, these apps help me to contribute to our household. Like the old saying, “a penny saved, is a penny earned.”
Love this one. I use it every time I go shopping. Ibotta is a free app that gives cash back for purchases you are already making and it is not limited to brand name purchases. You can get cash back on store brand items and even produce. Just take a picture of your receipt and receive cash back. (I bought my husband’s Christmas with the cash back I received)
Get $10 when you sign up through my link (Plus I can help you reach monthly level bonuses)
Who doesn’t love to shop online? Why not save money while doing it? Ebates is completely free and allows you to shop online at your favorite retailers and earn cash back.
Swagbucks is another free app that you can get cash back for purchases online in the form of SB (swag bucks). You cash in your Swagbucks for gift cards or even straight into your Paypal account. In your spare time, you can earn SB for completing small tasks such as surveys or watching short movies. I earned $20 back on my first day using Swagbucks.
This is a service built into the Walmart app. So if you already have the Walmart app you have it. If you do all your purchases from Walmart in store, you need this one. This app does all the ad matching for you. If they find a product you purchased from local competitors at a lower price, they will refund you the difference. You can then download an e-gift card to use in-store or in the Walmart app.
Checkout 51 can be used in addition to Ibotta and traditional coupons. You can sometimes double or triple your savings on items when using all three. Like Ibotta, you choose the rebate for the items purchased and upload your receipt. Once you have reached $20 (which is reached quickly) you can cash out by transferring to your Paypal account or request a check to be mailed to you.
Saving Star is very similar to Checkout 51. But with Saving Star you can cash out after only reaching $5.
